Stacy DenHerder, the principal of DenHerder & Associates, has been practicing law since 1992. Inspired by her grandparents, who often opined that older people needed someone they could trust to help them with their finances, nursing home issues, their wills and trusts, Stacy focused her practice on estate planning counseling designed to truly help her clients deal with delicate family issues and dynamics.
Stacy’s passion lies in counseling and educating families on the options available to them, and ways they can, through generous giving, enjoy a prosperous life and leave a lasting legacy. Stacy, along with a team of talented attorneys and other professionals in her office assist clients with foundational estate planning, zero tax estate planning for the affluent, probate (for those who failed to plan), trust administration, and fiduciary services. Stacy speaks regularly for corporations, private groups, and non-profit groups to educate them on wills, trusts, how to answer the question “How Much is Enough?”, and creative estate planning techniques.
Stacy is blessed with a wonderful husband, Chuck, and two amazing sons, Cory and Carsten. “Honoring God, serving my family, and serving the needs of my clients give me a life that is full and blessed!”
