She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 52717) and a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. She received her Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and has ten years of experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families.

She has experience with pre-marital couples, newlyweds, long-term relationships, affairs/betrayals, and the transition to parenthood. She can help with improving communication and learning how to manage conflict productively. She will help you work toward strengthening your friendship, increasing positive interaction, improving intimacy and instilling hope for the future of your relationship.

Her approach is gentle, supportive and empathic but she is direct when necessary. She believes in collaboration with her clients and she strives to make sure each partner feels heard and understood in each session. Her goal is to provide clients with the tools they need so they can become the masters of their own relationship.
