Bill Sannwald

Librarian/ Manager

Bill Sannwald is the Manager of the Denny Sanford Children's Library, part of the San Diego Central Library. He has worked for San Diego Public Library for 20 years, 13 of which have been in a paraprofessional and professional Librarian capacity. He has spent the past 4 years of his career focusing on Youth Services, and until recently was managing the Central Library's Pauline Foster Teen Center. As a father of two young children, Bill is enthusiastic about early literacy, and he is excited his current position allows him to be directly involved in such a critical stage of childhood development.
