Chef Katherine Emmenegger is the Executive Chef of Great News! Cookware and Cooking School in Pacific Beach, California. She has worked in the hospitality industry for 32 years. Katherine is a member of the American Culinary Federation and currently serves as secretary of the ACF Chefs and Culinarians of San Diego. Presently, Chef Katherine resides in San Diego with her husband of 20 years, Chef Urs. She is a home-schooling mom of two wonderful children, Alexa and Joe.
