Jen Graham has been been a practicing doula since 1996. She's a trained and certified as a birth and postpartum doula. She's also an Evidence Based Birth instructor. Jen is certified in CPR and First Aid. She offers Birth and Postpartum doula care. She also teach Newborn 101 at Cap Wellness center in Encinitas. Jen specializes in unmedicated childbirth. She has experience with VBACs, home birth, family centered cesarean section, surrogacy, adoption, teens, single mothers, LGBTQ and more. Jen also has postpartum experience with singletons, twins, triplets, special needs, sleep problems and breastfeeding issues.
