Britt Olson
Integrative Health Coach
Britt Olson is a certified integrative health coach, self-restoration guide, author, and speaker dedicated to one thing: helping women untangle who they learned they had to become so they can return to who they were always meant to be.
Her work begins with a simple truth: that we are each created for love, safety, and connection. When our earliest caregivers couldn’t meet those needs in the ways we uniquely required, we adapted as a way of survival. We became the over-functioner, the people-pleaser, the one who holds everything together, etc. which are all brilliant, loyal, exhausting adaptations that got us here, while keeping us from the full life we were designed for.
Britt’s journey into this work comes from so much more than a certification, it comes from years of carrying the weight of chronic over-functioning, emotional self-abandonment, and a nervous system stretched past its limits. After a panic attack while driving in the rain with her baby in the backseat, she stopped trying to think her way into healing and started working at the level of the body, the inner child, and the soul. And what unfolded for her changed everything and is a piece of the work she teaches on today.
Today she guides women through her signature framework — Reveal, Restore, Reclaim — a body-based process of untangling from early relational imprints and restoring the nervous system, the identity, and the life back to its original design. Her approach blends somatic healing, inner child work, nervous system regulation, and deep faith, as she holds space for women to stop searching outside themselves and find what has always lived within.
She is the author of a self-restoration journal and creator of The Freedom From Within Collective – a living membership library for women doing the reparenting work in real time. Her most intimate offering, 1:1 Private Coaching, is available to a small number of women each season.
Britt lives in Florida with her two children. She speaks, writes, and coaches from the belief that life is meant to feel as good on the inside as it looks on the outside and that we are all meant to discover freedom from within.
