Dr. Ray P. Kamali is a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist serving the San Diego and southern San Diego regions. Dr Kamali received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from University of Toronto, where he graduated with honors with high distinction. He subsequently received his medical degree from Ross University school of medicine, graduating with high honors. He then completed his OB-GYN residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York. Dr Kamali is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a member of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Kamali practices at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, and also maintains privileges in Paradise Valley Hospital. His special interests are in minimally invasive Gynecological surgery, and is specially trained in da Vinci robotic surgery. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing soccer. He resides in Eastlake with his wife, son and daughter.
